Overview
Aristocrat Technologies sought Showmakerz to plan and execute their annual Family Day celebration, aimed at providing a memorable experience for their employees and their families. With an estimated 500 guests, including employees, spouses, and children, our task was to find a venue and design a comprehensive plan that would entertain and engage all age groups while reflecting the client’s brand values. The chosen venue was OP Retreat, which was exclusively reserved for this special occasion.Solution

For the Carnival Theme Decoration Showmakerz transformed the venue into a vibrant and festive environment that captured the essence of a classic carnival. The event space was adorned with colourful branding, whimsical carnival games, and eye-catching decor that evoked the playful spirit of a traditional fair.Aesthetically placed props such as a grand entrance arch, striped tents, and a themed photo booth added a touch of nostalgia and excitement. The overall setup created an immersive carnival atmosphere, inviting guests to step into a world of fun and celebration, perfectly complementing the day’s activities and entertainment.
Age-Appropriate Activities
For age-appropriate activities, Showmakerz meticulously designed distinct zones to cater to every guest. The Kids’ Zone featured a variety of engaging and safe activities, including inflatable bounce houses, mug painting, and interactive games that delighted younger attendees. The Art & Craft Area encouraged creativity, where children and adults alike could participate in hands-on projects, from painting to DIY crafts, fostering a fun and artistic atmosphere.Additionally, the Play-to-Win Games section offered a range of carnival-style games and challenges, with exciting prizes for all ages, ensuring that every participant had the chance to experience the thrill of victory. These thoughtfully curated activities ensured that each guest, regardless of age, enjoyed a memorable and engaging day.
Entertainment
The entertainment lineup for the event was a dynamic blend of performances designed to captivate all ages. The evening featured stand-up comedy acts that had guests laughing and enjoying light-hearted humor. For a nostalgic touch, retro-themed Bollywood dances transported attendees back to the golden era of Indian cinema, while the mesmerizing Egyptian Tanura dance showcased colorful spinning costumes and traditional rhythms, adding a cultural flair.Teenagers were thrilled by football balancing acts and high-energy breakdancing (beboying) performances, which showcased impressive athleticism and skill. For the younger guests, a magic show brought wonder and amazement with enchanting tricks and illusions, ensuring that every moment was filled with excitement and joy.
Food Village
The Food Village was a culinary haven designed to cater to every palate and preference. For the younger guests, kid-friendly stalls offered classic treats like popcorn, candy floss, and a delightful chocolate fountain, creating a sugary paradise.
